Shipping Information

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery to anywhere in the mainland UK for orders over £50.00 is FREE.

  • Standard delivery to anywhere in the mainland UK for orders of £50.00 or less is £4.95.

  • Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day shipping.

  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Orders below 10kg will be shipped by Royal Mail 48 service.

  • Expected delivery time is 2 working days.*

  • Orders over 10kg will be shipped by Parcelforce Tracked Express 24 service.

  • Expected delivery time is 1 working day.*

* Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Next working day delivery within the United Kingdom

  • Next working day delivery to anywhere in the mainland UK is £5.95.

  • Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day shipping.

  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Orders will be shipped by Parcelforce Tracked Express 24 service.

  • Expected delivery time is 1 working day.*

* Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

International delivery within the European Union

  • International delivery within the European Union is:

  • Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day shipping.

  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Orders to Europe shipping below 10kg will be shipped by Norsk Tracked.

    • Expected delivery time is 2 to 6 working days.*

  • Orders to Europe shipping or are over 10kg will be shipped by DHL Tracked.

    • Expected delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.*

* Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

International delivery outside of the European Union

  • International delivery outside of the European Union is:

  • Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day shipping.

  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Orders that have selected Norsk Tracked have an expected delivery time of 7 to 14 working days.*

  • Orders that have selected DHL Tracked have an expected delivery time of 3 to 7 working days.*

Tracking information

  • All orders sent within the United Kingdom can be tracked.

  • If you have a King Apparel account, once your order has been shipped the tracking number will be added to the order within your account.

  • The tracking number provided can be entered into the service provider’s website to obtain tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for the information provided but please contact us if you experience problems retrieving your tracking information.

Please note

  • In the instance of a failed delivery, a card will be put through your door allowing you to rearrange the delivery or arrange collecting the order from the depot or sorting office.

  • We reserve the right to charge the full shipping fee to resend any order that is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt. If a refund is requested on an order that was placed with next day delivery then this will be processed minus the additional delivery charge.

  • Next day delivery is not available to the following UK postcodes: HS1-9; IV1-56; KA27-28; KW1-17; PA20-78; PH19-50; TR21-25; ZE1-3; AB31,33-38,44,45,51-56; BT; IM; JE; GY.

  • International orders can only be shipped to the card billing address and on occasion may take 1-3 days longer to process due to security checks. Making use of the provided Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode verification systems will enable your order to be shipped immediately.

  • Security checks on international orders can sometimes lead to a ‘shadow transaction’ appearing on your statement. In such instances, we have not taken 2 payments from your card and within a few days this amount will be removed. We have no control over this ‘shadow transaction’ issue.

  • International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged on goods entering their country. We have no control over these charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us for either an exchange or refund.

Exchange

Items must be returned in the original packaging and not worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags removed. As soon as we receive the unwanted item back with a completed returns form we will process the exchange.

Where the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item we will contact you to process the additional payment. Where the value is less we will refund the difference to the original payment method within 2 working days.

Refund

Items must be returned in the original packaging and not worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags removed. As soon as we receive the unwanted item back with a completed returns form we will refund the value to the original payment method within 2 working days.

Using Collect+

You may return your unwanted items using the method of your choice. You are responsible for the goods until they are returned safely to us and therefore we recommend that you use a recorded, tracked service.

We offer the Collect+ service which enables UK customers to easily return their orders from just £4.89 using a network of over 5,500 local convenience stores and retail outlets. Most Collect+ stores are open outside of normal 9-5 opening stores and are located within one mile of 90% of people who live in the UK’s towns and cities. This makes the return of your order as convenient as possible.

Terms and Conditions

Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be re-sold. They should be returned in the original packaging and not have been worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags removed.

We deem faulty items as having a manufacturing fault or hidden defect which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not considered faulty if it has become damaged because of wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.

We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if a returned item is: visibly worn; damaged; marked; washed; smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder; in a condition that we deem renders it un-sellable.

Non-UK customers wishing to return an item should mark the parcel as “Returned Items” to avoid customs charges. We are not liable for customs charges on returned orders and may charge these back to the customer if necessary.
